Wiring & rewiring

New circuits, rewiring older homes and wiring repairs.

From a single new circuit to rewiring a floor of a triple-decker, we install new wiring and replace what’s worn out. In older houses that often means finding knob-and-tube or cloth-insulated wire, ungrounded runs and years of add-ons, and replacing them with safe, grounded circuits.

Lighting & ceiling fans

Lighting is some of our favorite work: a chandelier over the table, a vanity light where a mirror used to be, a motion LED flood over the driveway, or a ceiling fan on a properly rated box. Each one is mounted solid, wired right and left working.
